Production process
The company covers an area of 50,000 square meters, with a factory area of 30,000 square meters and a planned annual production capacity of 6 million units.
The raw material inspection laboratory conducts inspections and verifications on each batch of raw materials to ensure that the production materials meet the technical standards required for motor manufacturing.
The production process employs a three-inspection system: employees conduct self-inspections before operation, the production inspector performs an initial inspection, and the quality department carries out routine inspections throughout the production process, ensuring that semi-finished and finished products meet both national standards and customer requirements.
Before products are put into storage, they undergo 100% full inspection by the motor comprehensive testing system to ensure consistent performance and quality assurance during customer use.
Before shipping on time according to the customer’s delivery schedule, motors leaving the factory undergo outgoing inspection in compliance with standards, ensuring the quality of each batch ordered by the customer.
Conduct environmental and lifetime tests on the product, and use the test results to further improve, optimize, and innovate the design, raw materials, and manufacturing processes.
